11-30-20 complaint investigation. Spoke with manager. Manager unaware of complaint. No other similar complaints have been received. No spoiled or adulterated food was observed during inspection. Coolers and freezers are working properly. Establishment is serving carry out only at this time. All food except soup is cooked to order. Steam table is not maintaining proper temperature. Soups were put on stove and brought to a boil during inspection.
Please correct hand washing, and temperature violations immediately . Entire kitchen and all equipment are in need of a thorough cleaning. |
