2/17: Sticker on vent hood from The Greasebusters stated it was due to be serviced in Nov 2021. Check on status and schedule service if necessary.
2/28: Manager stated they have a company coming in to get the hood cleaned. Please send over inspector copy of service report or updated sticker on the vent hood once it has been cleaned.
3/14: Vent hood still needs BOTH maintenance and regular cleaning done. Maintenance sticker from Burnette states is due 180 days after last time, which was July of 2021. SCHEDULE SERVICE FOR BOTH CLEANING AND REGULAR MAINTENANCE ON HOOD. Please update inspector at re-check on status of service.
3/21: Manager stated he has been in contact with the company who should be out in approx two weeks to get the work done. Please ensure BOTH the ventilation system and the ANSUL system are up to date by next routine inspection. |
