1. Observed 1 live mouse in glue trap near 3-bay sink.
2. Observed 3 dead mice in trap under storage shelf by baking equipment.
3. Observed 1 dead mouse in trap under baking equipment.
4. Observed at least 4 oriental roaches in trap in back storage room.
5. Observed mouse droppings throughout entire establishment specifically in back of house; in areas including: around fridges, around baking equipment, around 3-bay sink, most corners of establishment, along walls, and women's restroom.
No mouse droppings found in lobby.
Follow-up inspection: 12-8-25
All mouse droppings cleaned up, all glue traps were changed.
Leaving open for monitoring. |
