Remove these items.2) There are a lot of items (old shelving, cooler etc) in the back mop sink area (across from the walk in freezer). Organize this area and remove any items not intended to be used. Organize to provide access to determine if acitivity is in this area.

Non-Critical 1) There are a few mouse droppings observed around the fryers in the deli area and grease on the floor around and behind the fryers. Keep the floor clean.2) The back hallway along the wall have milk crates used as shelving and the floor is heavily soiled below the crates. Remove crates and clean the floor. Discontinue using crates throughout the store to elevate product off the floor. Provide approved shelving like dunage racks.
